Do you LOVE guacamole? Do you LOVE superfoods? Do you LOVE tropical islands and salty sweet combinations? Look no further.
This recipe was adapted from the book Naturally Delicious by Danny Seo
4 limes (juices)
1/2 a ripe pineapple (diced)
1 ripe mango (diced)
1/2 a small red onion (finely diced)
1 jalapeño (optional, finely diced)
2 teaspoons spirulina powder
Salt and Pepper
Combine ingredients in a bowl. Smash the avocados up with a fork as you mix it all together. Serve Immediately.
Serve this with chips, or scoop on top of salads or protein, or as a condiment for curry!
