Sugar-Free Organic Chia Seed Pudding

Have you ever got stuck in a three item rotation rut for breakfast or snacks? This is a healthy winner to add some spunk to your list!
Ingredients (all organic)
1 cup vanilla-flavored unsweetened almond milk
1 cup (full fat) greek yogurt 
18 drops of toffee flavored liquid stevia
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1/8 teaspoon Pink Himalayan sea salt
1/4 cup chia seeds
1 pint strawberries, hulled and copped

Directions
​In a medium bowl, gently whisk the almond milk, yogurt, 15 drops of stevia, vanilla and salt until just blended. Stir in the chia seeds and let stand for 30 minutes. Cover and refrigerate over night. 

The next day, toss the berries with 3 drops of stevia.

Spoon the pudding into 4 bowls or glasses and plop berries on top to serve for breakfast or a yummy treat.
