Have you ever witnessed your little eating a baked good, when they licked off the frosting and discarded the rest? That is totally fine with this recipe.
Well make dreams come true with this raw probiotic frosting, you can feel guilt free about letting them dip their fruit, spoons or fingers into.
Makes 1 1/4 cups
3/4 cup raw cashews (soaked 2hr+rinsed)
2 tablespoons melted coconut oil
3 tablespoons raw honey
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
2 tablespoons water
2 tsp. Jarro-dophilus probiotic powder (available at your local healthfood store)
Blend first six ingredients until smooth, add water as necessary while blending. Add remaining ingredients then transfer to a bowl and chill in the freezer for an hour so the icing will thicken.
Spoon frosting over muffins, cookies, breads, cakes.
Keep it in the fridge for the littles to dip their organic fruit in!
