Do you want to know how to make raw beets taste delicious, while using your cutest mason jar?
Raw onions have antibiotic, antifungal and antiviral properties, and raw beets are full of vitamin C, B folate, fiber, and essential minerals.
Ingredients (all organic)
2 Raw Beets (peeled and thinly sliced...as thin as possible)
½ a Red Onion (thinly sliced)
¼ cup Red Wine Vinegar
1 teaspoon of Pink Himilayan Salt
1 Mason Jar
Fill Mason Jar with alternating layers of pickled beets and onions, and fill up the remaining space in the jar with the red wine vinegar (you may need a litlle more than ¼ cup depending on the jar). Add the salt. Shake the jar. Leave this in the fridge to marinate for at least an hour and for up to 7 days.
