Time to say bye bye to the inner bi-atch and tell that mean girl to sit down for the betterment of yourself and ultimately, all human kind. In this episode, Amber and Jenna get down to it with superstar Australian author and fellow podcaster, Melissa Ambrosini. Melissa shares the personal stories at the root of her best-selling book, Mastering Your Mean Girl. She gives us many golden nuggets about how her life transformed completely when she hung up the phone on her mean girl for good and chose to start living from Love.

  • The inner mean girl = inner critic = shadow self = fear-based limiting voice.
  • Don't believe ANYTHING your Mean Girl says. It is all lies.
  • We are either choosing Fear or Love in every moment, with every decision. We all have this choice.
  • Choosing Love over Fear is a muscle, practice choosing Love.
  • Being mindful of what is happening in your head.
  • Hear Melissa's personal health crisis and self-healing story that catapulted her into transformational journey.
  • When following your heart, if it is not a "Hell Yes, then it's a No."
  • You are responsible for what you create in your world.
  • Melissa uses Vedic (TM) meditation, 20 mins twice a day, to help her quiet her "monkey mind" and drop into a transcendent state multiple times daily. (According to Melissa, 20 minutes of Vedic meditation is equal to 4 hours of sleep., yes please).
