Episode 47- Do you love yourself? Do you hate yourself? In this episode, we explore how our own internal acceptance of self defines the energies we project into the world and the life we attract as a result. The magnetic power of self-love can act as a magnet, propelling you into the life of your visions and pulling others toward you. Hating yourself, even secretly, can repel the life you want away from you, along with people and opportunities. There is no better time and no better reason to do the inner work necessary to achieve a mindful state of radical self-acceptance.

​DEFINITION of SELF-LOVE ATTRACTS, SELF-HATE REPELS: The energy of self-love and self acceptance unblocks you and allows you to attract your destiny with the confidence to go out and get it! Self-hate causes you to remain blocked, remain sick, or remain stagnant, with all the cells of your body reflecting the hate you are giving them.

MAIN POINTS:
  • Authenticity is the new perfection.
  • There is so much celebration of diverse beauty in our contemporary world. You are beautiful if you are authentically you!
  • Being you and loving yourself gives others permission to find beauty in themselves.
  • Inner beauty defines outer beauty. If you are living as a vessel of universal love, then you are definitely beautiful!
  • Hear Amber and Jenna's personal stories around how the self-hate blockages in their life come down to fear.
  • What level are you at on a scale from 1 to 10 for self-love?
  • Think about your parents and family. What were their relationships with self-love, as they may have imprinted this outlook on you.
  • What is the root of your self-hate? What is your story? Your story is an illusion.
  • Think about whether you are linking your self worth and level of self-love to external affirmation?
  • Going deeper into spiritual practice. Believing in something bigger than ourselves is a sure way to start to accept ourselves. Love is all there is. 
  • Reverse negative self-talk with meditation and daily affirmations. Empty the thoughts in your mind, and ask love to fill your mind and all the cells of your body. Make yourself a vessel of love.
  • Live a life in alignment with your inner self. Let things go that do not serve you.
  • Move stagnated energy through movement like yoga or hiking in nature.
  • Use the vibration of nature to reconnect you to your inner self.
  • Be inspired by your community and those you admire.
  • Use food as medicine. Only eat high vibrational organic foods if possible. 
  • Every human on this earth is worthy of love. Everything that takes us away from loving ourselves and each other is a lie. Be the change.​
