DEFINITION of HEALING HORRIBLE BREAKUPS: You think your life is over, but in fact, it is a great opportunity to rebirth and rebuild a better you! Remember: Rejection is Protection!

MAIN POINTS:
  • We, as humans, are hard-wired for connection, so relationships are crucial in our lives. Loosing one can feel catastrophic.
  • Each relationship can be an amazing learning opportunity to know what triggers you, what works for you and what doesn't.
  • A breakup is an awesome opportunity to get a whole new lease on life and become who you want to be and who you want to be with.
  • Hear Amber's break up story with her Twin Flame.
  • Read our Twin Flame, Soul Mate, Life Partner article to help analyze relationship types, as not all relationship types are meant to last forever.
  • Relationships are catalysts to trigger the things within us we need to heal.
  • Through a breakup, (or relationship drama) you can heal yourself by going deeper into your triggers.
  • If you don't face the trauma of a breakup, it can haunt you forever. Thus it is good to go back and move through, heal and honor any traumatizing breakups you have experienced.
  • Past life karma could be playing out in this life through relationships, do you know about your past lives? Check out our episode on Past Life Regression.
  • Allow yourself to feel the feelings and cry it out. Any tears remaining un-cried will make you sick from within. Honor your feelings, don't feel guilty about it.
  • Amber discusses a meditation that has helped her get over her ex.
  • Hear a beautiful love poem by Khalil Gibran,  a Lebanese writer, poet and visual artist, born in 1883.
  • Use the time and space in your life that you have after a breakup to pursue your own self-development
  • Try manifesting your life partner. Listen to our Manifestation podcast episode for more information on that.

Dear Amber and Jenna,

Thank you SO much for your amazing podcast! I resonate so much with Amber's story in particular (firstly dealing with health issues, then breaking up a 10-year relationship with who I think was my twin flame). This episode has given me significant insights and light! I am devouring your other shows as well. So grateful to find you. Looking forward to following your journey and diving into the awesome resources you've shared.

Sending lots of light and love,
Stefanie
