​DEFINITION of KUNDALINI ENERGY: Kundal= "Coiled Serpant" & Lini = "The line the lights up the spine". In other words, the energy we all have at the bottom of the spine that lays sleeping and can uncoil up your spine, awakening you as it goes. A creative energy (that is actively present within children) that is sleeping in most adults.

MAIN POINTS:
  • We all have a secret, magical power at the base of our spine that is waiting to be unleashed.
  • Yogi Bhajan was a yogi who studied with masters since the age of 8 in India. He came to North America in the 1960s and founded a school of Kundalini Yoga. Taylor practices and teaches the system as taught by him.
  • When Yogi Bhajan came to the west, he saw that our society needed to be lit up, and his system was birthed from his desire to unleash this energy to each practitioner on a mass scale.
  • Motion: Repetitive motions with the body, and holding the body in position for long time are used in Kundalini yoga to create a conductive energy.
  • Body used as an antenna to conduct electromagnetic energy.
  • Mantra: Chanting mantra uses the tongue to stimulate energetic channels in the body. This is "not a human language" which pulls in the universe of the energy.
  • Breath: Pranayama or breath is also used to move and stimulate energy within the Kundalini Yoga system.
  • Kundalini yoga is an entire lifestyle structure (up to governing all aspects of your life including sacred sexuality) that can awaken you and uncoil your serpent.
  • Kundalini awakenings (or when your serpent uncoils) can be very intense and come with serious symptoms.
  • Taylor describes her Kundalini awakening, healing and experiences.
  • This yoga practice helps you empower yourself and find that spiritual connection within and help you manifest your desires more rapidly.
  • Deeper practices such as "White Tantric Yoga" exist within the system.
  • According to Yogi Bhajan, 2021-2023 is the time when the Aquarian Age will set in. We are in the "Dark Time" now, but we are evolving out of it if we get our consciousness and nervous systems into balance.
