Here is a simple "after school snack" for kiddos and for mamas too. Easy, nourishing, and crazy refreshing for those hot days we've been having, oh and clean, healthy AND VEGAN too woo whoo!
Add mangos and coconut milk to the blender, blend until smooth. Add chia seeds with a spoon.
Pour into containers (cute mason jars are handy ;) and set in the fridge for few hours to thicken.
Serve with toppings of choice. Raspberries, coconut, or anything that suits your fancy. Enjoy!
TIP: You can milk the mango for more juicy goodness. Grab the leftover pit in your hands and squeeze it to get all the juice and fruits around the seed. You'll be surprised by how much comes off.
