What is your definition of a crushable girl?

A woman who is unapologetically herself, with a gracefulness, strength and softness that warms the hearts of those she encounters. A woman who cant be defined easily and who has found a sense of wholeness on her own. She is on her path, creating, laughing and giving back in her own unique way.

What is your hearts path?
I am here to love, to learn and evolve. My hearts path will be forever evolving, it isn't a static thing that can be defined. I will alway be on the search for more adventure, more experiences, more fun, more growth. Though at the same time a knowing that I am not really searching for anything in particular at all. If that makes sense to you. I am found, yet life is to be explored, right?

What are you working on right now?
Same thing as usual, myself, my business Loco Love and working on finding my voice. Patti Smith was quite the inspiration last week, she reminded me of my inner desires of making the world a better place. I didn't realise though so many of her messages were very similar to my own thoughts, for example the power of love and the power of a passionate community. I will always be working on spreading love and empowering others.

Daily rituals to support your health and happiness?
I would say my top ones are -
 - Good quality water, this is so important, our bodies are more that 70% water so it is vital to hydrate with the purest and most natural H2O. spring water if you have access to it.
 - The next would be sleep and rest, in bed before 11pm, in the complete darkness. This is a big one for me, I love to sleep and dream.
 - Meditation and journalling, help to declutter my mind so I can get clarity on the next steps.
- My work and making sure we are moving forward in the best possible way.
 - Laughter and connecting with family and friends, life can be lonely and I am prone to being a hermit. So its good for my happiness to connect with others.
 - Walking in nature, taking in the beauty and being in awe of how the hell all of this even exists in the first place.

What makes you glow?
Synchronicity, feeling that sense that everything is coming together like the perfect puzzle, great sex, exercise, the ocean, laughter, sleep, chocolate and inspiring conversations.

What is your secret to a successful relationship?
When I figure this one out I will let you know. Though at this stage it seems that the most important things in a relationship are commitment, communication and letting go of expectations. There is so much that makes a successful relationship, I feel that today relationships have become disposable. People are not willing to go through anything that isn't instantly gratifying, when things get tough they run. Timing is also a big one, you can meet the perfect person though they might live on the other side of the world or just be coming out of a divorce. Also keeping yourself inspired and happy on your own, so you can actually give and be present when needed.

Who are you listening to right now?
I make playlists on Spotify, at the moment I am listening to one called ‘Honey Dope’ its a mix of songs that I like. Also listening to an audio book by Alan Watts, called ‘The wisdom of insecurity’, I am enjoying it. The podcast the Tim Ferris show, I find it super inspiring and great for knowledge when it comes to running my company Loco Love.

How do you nourish your inner goddess?
Rest and allowing myself to do nothing at all. Naps and reading books, doing face masks, drinking tea and generally just pottering around in a robe. I also would say, as materialistic as it sounds, buying myself beautiful things to wear, eat and enjoy. The feminine loves to feel beautiful, relaxed and healthy.

Something you currently cannot go without?
Good quality water, not from the tap. Matcha green tea lattes in the morning. Adventure and travel of some sort often, I start going mad if I am stuck in routine for too long. Even though I love what I do, I need the stimulation of foreign lands, culture and people.

4 best beauty secrets
Good genes, sleep, quality food and good fats like chocolate, confidence and self acceptance

What accomplishment are you most proud of?
Building a life that I actually like waking up to each day. I can be pretty hard  on myself. Its nice to feel like a few people out there actually enjoy the creations we make and that they feel a sense of happiness when eat our chocolates.

What is your unique gift?
Seems to be making chocolate, not sure where or why or how it came about. Though Ill run with it for now.

What are 3 ways of being that have contributed to your success?
- Showing up when I cant show up any more
 - Practice and learning all I can from books, mentors and the internet
 - Action, this is the only thing that gets anything done.

What is your favorite scent?
Vanilla, palo santo, sandal wood, jasmine blossoms at dusk and strangely enough the rain forrest.

What taste on your lips can you not get enough of?
The new Dandelion & Wattleseed purification chocolate that I collaborated with Orchard Street on is quite delicious.

What are you letting go of?
Anything and everything that isn't serving my highest good for the benefit of all.

What are you calling in?
I am staying open to everything, I have always been so clear on what I want to call in. Right now I just want to let go of trying to control what I am calling in and just let what ever is meant for me to come my way.

What inspiring words of wisdom would you give your 10 year old self?
My 10 year old self was actually more fearless and fierce than my 32 year old self. I was doing martial arts 6 nights a week and excelling academically. Also didn't even have any understanding of comparison or my appearance. Though my 23 year old self could do with a massive talking to, firstly I would say, "the world doesn't revolve around you." "No one cares if you have a pimple, no one really cares what you do so you might as well make yourself happy." I find a lot of young women are so caught up in superficial pursuits, also not really listening to their inner voices, just the blaring noise of social media and celebrity culture. It is so important to see the bigger picture, your actions contribute to the collective no matter what they are. So please don't wake up one day and realize you spent 10 years perfecting your fingernails and abs, as this wont give you much satisfaction as it would to really work on something worth while. Good things take patience and persistence, if you know what you want do not ever give up.

What do you LOVE about your yourself?
I love that I have created something from nothing and my hard work and occasional tears are paying off. When I say paying off I mean, in a sense of gratitude to be able have some sort say in what I do with my time. My time is the most precious thing to me, also to be working on something that has the potential to grow into something more. I am a person that can not put energy into things that have no real potential. I love my resilience, to keep on keeping on, even when I don't want to. I guess I am grateful to have good skin, thank you mum. Also to be naturally slender, I hated it so much as a child, and my parents and their friends would always tell me you will be so happy about your fast metabolism when you are older; that day has come. I love being a woman in a so called mans world.
