What is your definition of a crushable girl?
A crushable girl is a woman that is following her inspiration, her soul's path and knows how to have a damn good time while doing it!
What is your heart’s path?
I came here to live a life where through my own experience, practice and self cultivation, I understand how to master my own energy in the world and help those that want to do the same. My heart's path exists in meeting those who see the same visions I see and together we find ways to be creative and birth these visions into reality. My heart flutters at traveling the world and seeing myself through a new perspective and culture.
My heart's desire is to be constantly attuned to the inner guide within me.
What are you working on right now?

Daily rituals to support your health and happiness?
I have a pretty extensive morning practice that starts with a cold shower. Then I practice my sadhana (daily kundalini yoga kriya and meditations), do whole body gua sha for moving my lymphatic system and complete my morning ritual with a tea ceremony. Each day, I do some sort of physical movement additionally to the practice of kundalini yoga. That includes, Lagree method Pilates, kung fu martial arts or running and weight training. My regime is scheduled meticulously to get the most out of my body for training, and I make sure to keep my nervous system relaxed by using mantra in my home 24/7. Laughter, friendships and sharing meals is also a key to happiness for me.
What makes you glow?
I would definitely say kundalini yoga makes me glow. Also being in alignment with my professional and dharmic mission on the planet makes my face and body bright and resilient.
What is your secret to a successful relationship?

What accomplishment are you most proud of?
I am most proud of being able to take my dreams and turn them into a career that supports me, inspires me and I see the infinite potential to grow.
What is your unique gift?
I have this very grounded way of opening people up to the energy potential they have within their bodies and helping them align to their highest path. I am also a connector, so I tend to connect people with their practices and introduce them to new things. I have seen so many people experience things for the first time with me and then take on those practices as their own and run with it. As special of a gift that is, it's also been a practice in seeing that nothing I share is truly mine.
